The width of this column increases and decreases to fit the width of the viewer's screen. (That's why it's called 'fluid'.)

This is where the juicy content of the page appears and would be the only part of the page which would need to be updated sort of regularly.

One of the many things I don't understand about this web coding stuff is how to make these three columns the same height. I don't know how to make them all have the color behind the text continue all the way to the bottom of the longest column.
